Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your restaurant profile, food bag listings, and account credentials will be permanently removed.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by sending an email to our support team. We do not currently offer in-app deletion, but all requests submitted below are processed promptly.

Please include the following in your email:

Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Your registered email address or phone number
The app name: Zelqeo
A brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account

What Happens After You Request

We receive your email and send a confirmation reply within 48 hours acknowledging your deletion request.
Your account is deactivated immediately — you will no longer be able to log in or appear on the customer app.
All personal data (profile, food bag images, store details) is permanently deleted within 7 days of your request.
You receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Data Deleted vs. Retained

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
